Krystal Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning from 2007 to the present. Krystal began their career as a Prep & Line Cook, Cashier, Server, Catering, and Shift Lead at Log Cabin BBQ in 2007. From 2008 to 2010, they worked at Chili's as a Host, Expo, Pastry Cook, and Shift Lead. In 2010, they joined Lake Lanier Islands Resort as the Head Garmache Chef and Banquet Manager. Krystal then worked as a Manager at Total Solutions Unlimited from 2010 to 2012. In 2013, Krystal joined Pine Enterprises, LLC as a Customer Service/Account Management professional before moving to Assurant as a Chase Bank - Senior Account Supervisor and Resolutions Specialist. At Assurant, they provided assistance with insurance claims and led and trained new employees. In 2020, Krystal became an Account Manager at Atlanta Flooring Design Centers, Inc. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Restaurant/Food Services Management at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, Chicago, from 2011 to 2013. Krystal also holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management/Manager from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, Atlanta, achieved between 2009 and 2011. Krystal's high school education was completed at Collins Hill High, where they graduated with a degree in Music in 2009.

Additionally, Krystal obtained the ServSafe certification from Le Cordon Bleu in December 2009.
