Bilal Zafar

Bilal Zafar has a diverse work experience, starting with an internship at Schlumberger in 2015, where they performed equipment maintenance and repaired pumps. In 2016, they worked as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Fatima Group, focusing on maintenance of various machinery and equipment. From 2017 onwards, Bilal joined Telenor Global Services, initially as a Team Lead, responsible for managing a team and delivering quality customer service. Bilal then transitioned to the role of Quality Assurance and Training Specialist, where they identified training needs, conducted research and surveys, and created an eLearning platform for online training. Most recently, Bilal has been serving as a Digital Product Manager, ensuring customer satisfaction by implementing usability testing and providing input in the product development process.

Bilal Zafar's education history begins with their completion of a Pre-Engineering program at Lahore Grammar School from 2010 to 2012, resulting in a High School Diploma. Bilal then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology, attending the institution from 2012 to 2016. Currently, Bilal is furthering their education by pursuing an Executive MBA in Specialized Sales, Merchandising, and Marketing Operations at the Lahore School of Economics, which is expected to be completed from 2021 to 2024.
