Caroline Heggelund

Caroline Heggelund has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Caroline currently holds the position of Director of Strategy and Business Development at Telenor Linx since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Fortum, where they served as the Head of Business Unit Enterprise, Insuring and Securing from April 2021 to December 2022. Caroline also held the role of Analysis Manager Insuring & Securing - Consumer Solutions at Fortum from August 2018 to April 2021. Earlier in their career, Caroline worked as an Analyst at Hafslund Strøm AS from March 2018 to August 2018. Caroline gained valuable experience at KPMG Norway, starting as an Associate from August 2014 to October 2016, and later as a Senior Associate from October 2016 to March 2018. Caroline began their professional journey as a Summer Intern at KPMG in June 2013. Prior to this, they worked as a Summer Assistant at Hafslund Driftssentral AS from June 2012 to August 2012.

Caroline Heggelund began their education in 2006 at Oslo Handelsgymnasium, where they completed their Videregående skole degree in Realfag in 2009. Caroline then went on to pursue a Masters of Science degree in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 2009 to 2014. In 2011, they also took part in an exchange program at the University of Cape Town, focusing on Industrial Economy and Technology Management for a year.
