Christen Johan Fredriksen

Christen Johan Fredriksen is an experienced executive with a strong background in insurance, banking, and management consulting. Currently serving as the CEO of Telenor Insurance since February 2021, Fredriksen leads Telenor Group’s insurance captive and oversees non-life insurance programs and employee benefits. Previous roles include CEO at MyBank ASA, where Fredriksen built the organization from the ground up, and Group CEO at Jernbanepersonalets bank og forsikring. Fredriksen has also worked as an independent business consultant and wine consultant, demonstrating versatility across industries. Educational qualifications include degrees in Marketing & Finance from the University of Augsburg and advanced sommelier training from the Culinary Academy of Norway.
