Maja Stefanovic Glusac

Maja Stefanovic Glusac has over 18 years of experience in telecommunications and network operations. Currently serving as a professional in IP Transport Network Operations at CETIN Serbia since May 2018, Maja is adept at configuring, operating, and troubleshooting a variety of networking protocols and technologies, including BGP, OSPF, IPsec, and GRE tunnels, as well as managing firewall configurations and wireless networks. Prior to CETIN, Maja worked as Planning Lead at UBConnect, where project management for FTTH networks was a primary responsibility, and as Project Engineer at Energoprojekt ENTEL, focusing on designing telecommunication systems for public utilities in the Middle East. Early career experience includes a role as Networking Specialist at Steffaco, working on radio network implementation and LAN maintenance. Maja holds a Master's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade, Serbia.
