Catherine Kelly

Catherine Kelly is an accomplished procurement professional with extensive experience in managing procurement processes across various sectors, including critical digital infrastructure and large-scale infrastructure projects. Currently serving as a Senior Procurement Manager at Telent Technology Services Ltd since January 2024, Catherine previously held the position of Procurement Lead at Laing O'Rourke from January 2017 to August 2023, leading significant projects such as HS2 and Thames Tideway.
