Bruna Guedes

Bruna Guedes has a diverse and extensive work experience. Bruna currently works as a NLP Research Engineer at Telepathy Labs since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Computer Science Academy Assistant at Network Institute VU, where their role focused on a project related to model interpretability for AI. Bruna joined the company in October 2021 and left in July 2022.

Bruna has also worked at Reputation Institute Benelux, where they held multiple roles. As a Data Scientist & Project Manager from April 2018 to June 2019, they established the Research and Analytics department, optimized data gathering systems, and conducted data analysis using Python and SPSS. Before that, they served as a Senior Data Consultant from April 2016 to March 2018, responsible for quantitative and qualitative data analysis and visualization, as well as managing client relationships with multinational corporations.

Earlier in their career, Bruna worked as a Junior Communications Data Analyst at Villafañe & Asociados Consultores from September 2015 to March 2016, and as a Junior Online Research Data Analyst at Reputation Institute Brazil from November 2013 to August 2014. Bruna also interned as a Reputation Consultancy Intern at Reputation Institute Brazil from September 2012 to October 2013.

Bruna started their professional journey as a Digital Content Trainee at Primus Public Relations from March 2012 to September 2012.

Bruna Guedes has a diverse education history. Bruna obtained a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam), studying from 2020 to 2022. Before that, they completed credits in Big Data and Data Science at Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D. in 2018.

In 2014, Bruna Guedes pursued a Master's degree in Corporate Communication from IE Business School, which they completed in 2015. Prior to their Master's degree, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Communication with a focus on Public Relations from PUC Minas. Bruna studied at PUC Minas from 2010 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Bruna Guedes has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. These include certifications such as the Deep Learning Specialization, Convolutional Neural Networks, Sequence Models, Structuring Machine Learning Projects, Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization, Neural Networks and Deep Learning, and Machine Learning MOOC. These certifications were earned from institutions such as deeplearning.ai, Stanford University, and HarvardX - An Online Learning Initiative by Harvard University through edX.

Furthermore, Bruna Guedes has acquired additional certifications in areas like Advanced Google Analytics, Inbound Marketing, and Google Analytics for Beginners. Bruna has also completed training in SPSS, Introduction to Python for Data Science, and different aspects of Big Data from various educational institutions.

Additionally, Bruna Guedes has language certifications such as DALF C1 from Alliance Française de Rio de Janeiro and DELF C1 from Instituto Cervantes. Bruna has also achieved an IELTS score of 8/9 from Cambridge English Language Assessment. In terms of extracurricular activities, Bruna Guedes has received training in oratory from Marlene Monteiro School.
