Akash Pugalia is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in trust and safety leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Digital Officer at Teleperformance since October 2024, Akash previously held roles as Global President of Trust & Safety at Firstsource and Teleperformance, where leadership spanned media, entertainment, and gaming sectors. Prior to these positions, Akash was the Global Trust & Safety Leader at Accenture and held senior roles at Cognizant Technology Solutions, WNS Global Services, and Infosys BPO. Akash began a professional career as an Accounts Executive at Premier Laminates Ltd. Academically, Akash possesses a Postgraduate Degree in Trust, Safety and Content Moderation Management from Griffith College Dublin and an MBA in Computer Systems from Bharati Vidyapeeth University Institute of Management and Research, complemented by a BBA in Marketing & Finance from Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University.
