Bhavisha Dave

Bhavisha Dave is an experienced executive in the training and development sector, currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Training at Teleperformance since June 2024. Prior to this role, Bhavisha held significant positions at Concentrix, including Senior Director of the Training Center of Excellence India from May 2023 to July 2024 and Director of the Training Center of Excellence from January 2017 to March 2023. Bhavisha's career also includes leadership roles at InterGlobe Technologies as Global Head of Training and Development, and at Serco, where responsibilities included Assistant General Manager and Operations Manager in Training and Development. Earlier experience includes roles at Hewitt Associates, Global Vantedge, and GECIS. Bhavisha holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in Mathematics from Delhi University, completed between 1998 and 2001.
