Derwin Parfan

Derwin Parfan is a seasoned human resources professional with over 19 years of experience in the industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Teleperformance since July 2016, Derwin has previously held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at the same company. Prior to Teleperformance, Derwin worked at TTEC from September 2003 to June 2016, where roles included Executive Director of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources, as well as various operational management positions. With more than 7 years dedicated to a healthcare account that encompasses both inbound and back-office operations, Derwin possesses a strong background in human resources and management. Derwin earned a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from the University of the Philippines from 1999 to 2003.
