Gianluca Bilancioni

Gianluca Bilancioni has extensive experience in finance and human resources, serving as CFO and HR Director at TELEPERFORMANCE ITALIA since July 2010, where responsibilities include redesigning all finance processes. Additionally, Gianluca has held the role of CFO at TPKS since January 2014 and previously served as CFO at Almaviva do Brasil from June 2006 to June 2010, where Gianluca was a founder responsible for administration, finance, control, purchasing, and legal/corporate functions. Earlier, Gianluca was the Director of Administration and Control at AlmavivA S.p.A. from June 2004 to May 2006. Gianluca Bilancioni holds a degree in Economics from Luiss Business School, completed between 1983 and 1989.
