Gunjan Leekha

Gunjan Leekha serves as the Executive Vice President of IT Service Management at Teleperformance. Previously, Gunjan held multiple leadership roles at Wipro, including General Manager and Global Head of Service Excellence Management, as well as Global Head of End User Support and Major Incident Management within the CIO Office. Additionally, Gunjan was the Global Head of Major Incident Management and Vendor Management in the CIO Office. Gunjan began the professional career at Orion Dialog as a Customer Service Representative.
