Jennifer Sparks

Jennifer Sparks, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as SVP of Global Executive Talent Acquisition at Teleperformance, a position held since September 2022. Prior to this role, Jennifer was a Managing Associate in the Technology Officers Practice at Korn/Ferry International from April 2013 to September 2022. Earlier in their career, Jennifer worked at Heidrick & Struggles, starting as an Associate and advancing to Senior Associate within the Global Information Officers Practice from February 1995 to April 2013. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Baylor University, completed between 1988 and 1992.
