John Fouad

John Fouad is a dedicated professional with a Bachelor’s degree in German Language Teacher Education from Ain Shams University, completed in 2020. They have accumulated four years of experience in the BPO sector, leading teams and managing operations processes. In 2021, John served as a German Operations Supervisor at Teleperformance, following their role as a DaF-Lehrer at the International Center for Preparing and Qualifying Leaders. Throughout their career, they have focused on process improvement, delivering value to customers and stakeholders.
