Preena is currently the Senior Vice President of Recruitment at TP and has a wealth of experience in talent acquisition, including serving as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Sagility. Previously, Preena held various leadership roles in recruitment and human resources at companies such as TaskUs, Flex, and Dell, showcasing a strong background in fostering growth and innovation in diverse work environments. Preena earned a postgraduate diploma in Human Resources from Loyola College and has demonstrated a commitment to a people-first culture throughout their career.
