Priyanka Jain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management within the BPO sector. Currently serving as a Senior Director at Teleperformance Group since April 2022 and holding the position of Senior Director of Operations at Teleperformance India since February 2016, Priyanka has demonstrated leadership excellence in various roles including Director of Operations and Service Delivery Head.
