Puja Bhatia

Puja Bhatia currently serves as the Global Head of Organizational Culture Development and Executive Vice President at Teleperformance, leading the Learning & Development function and Process Compliance unit for India and the Middle East, overseeing a workforce of over 75,000 colleagues. Prior to this role, Puja was the Senior Vice President of Learning & Development at Teleperformance, contributing to initiatives in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, employee engagement, and talent assessment. Puja's earlier experience includes serving as the Head of Training at Intelenet Global Services and AGM Training & Development at Serco BPO, as well as roles at Teletech India and GECIS, where responsibilities centered around training delivery in customer service and soft skills. Puja earned a degree from Delhi University between 1998 and 2000.
