Rosa Coelho

Rosa Coelho serves as the Training Director at Teleperformance since July 2022, previously holding the position of Training & Knowledge Manager at Teleperformance Portugal from July 2015 to July 2022. In these roles, Rosa has been a strategic point of contact for training processes, managing a multilingual team of Trainers while focusing on skill development to ensure high-quality training and operational excellence. Responsibilities have included evaluating training results, implementing necessary improvements, and developing targeted training initiatives. Additionally, as Quality and Training Manager, Rosa led a team of Quality Analysts and Trainers, focusing on business metrics, quality management, and continuous improvement of training contents to enhance operational performance.
