Shikha Murali is an accomplished professional in operations and quality management, currently serving as Senior Vice President Operations at Teleperformance. With a diverse background that includes leadership roles such as Vice President of Service Delivery, Quality & Compliance at Teleperformance, Country Head at STARTEK, and Director of Operations at both Concentrix and Convergys, Shikha has demonstrated expertise across multiple domains.
