Udit Chauhan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of digital operations and automation. As a Senior Director at Teleperformance since November 2020, Udit has been instrumental in advancing CX Knowledge Services. Prior to this, Udit served as a Manager in RPA for BFSI Analytics at Genpact and held the role of RPA Consultant at Deloitte, focusing on business process analysis. Udit's prior experience also includes significant contributions at Wipro Limited in managing RPA transformations within the healthcare domain and delivering extensive program leadership. Udit began the professional journey as a Product Developer at DXC Technology, developing web-based solutions for the BFSI sector. Udit holds an MBA in Finance from K J Somaiya Institute of Management and a B.Tech in Information Technology from Bharati Vidyapeeth.
