Boyan Jin

Boyan Jin has a strong background in support and maintenance engineering, with a focus on telecommunications. Boyan currently works at Telepin as a Senior Support and Maintenance Engineer since July 2019. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Support/Operations and Maintenance Engineer at Telepin from March 2017 to May 2019. Boyan also has experience as a Junior Support/Operations and Maintenance Engineer at the same company from March 2013 to February 2017. Before their work at Telepin, Boyan worked as a Customer Service Representative at the University of Waterloo from September 2010 to May 2012.

Boyan Jin attended the University of Waterloo from 2008 to 2012, where they pursued a Bachelor of Mathematics degree in Information Technology Management. In 2012, they obtained the Oracle Certified Associate, MySQL 5 certification from Oracle. Later, in November 2022, Boyan Jin received the Google Data Analytics Certificate from Coursera.
