Lili Welch

Lili Welch has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Head of Business Operations at Teleport since December 2022. Prior to that, they worked at On Deck as a Program Manager, Community Operations from March 2021 to October 2022. During their time at On Deck, they built and scaled a community of over 1,000 job seekers and designed internal processes and infrastructure. Before that, Lili was a part of the Regional Management Team in Private Wealth Management at Goldman Sachs, where they led various client events and focused on community engagement. Lili also has experience as an Associate in Quantitative Customer Research at Bovitz, Inc., where they analyzed big data for Fortune 500 companies and synthesized data for high-profile clients.

Lili Welch holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology & Mathematical Finance from the University of Southern California. In 2020, they obtained a certification in Introduction to Marketing from Coursera.
