Irina Lilova

Irina Lilova is an experienced talent management professional, currently serving as Talent Success Manager at Telerik Academy since May 2019, with a progressive career path through roles such as Senior Talent Specialist, Talent Specialist, and Talent Associate. Irina has also been a Guest Lecturer at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, delivering workshops on candidate-driven selection processes and employer branding.
