Catherine Hinckley

Catherine Hinckley has extensive work experience in various roles within the telecommunications and pharmaceutical industries. Catherine currently holds the position of Regional Director Market Access - Americas at Telesat since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Head LATAM Policy at Genentech - A member of the Roche Group from February 2020 to June 2021. Catherine also held the role of Senior Director, International Government Affairs at Eli Lilly and Company from July 2014 to February 2020.

Before their time at Eli Lilly and Company, Catherine worked at the Executive Office of the President, The White House, where they served as Director for Chile, Peru and Venezuela from April 2011 to July 2014, and as Director of Telecom and E-commerce Trade Policy from October 2006 to March 2011. Prior to their work at the White House, they held the position of Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs at New Skies Satellites from May 1999 to September 2006. Catherine also worked as the Director of Latin American Regulatory Affairs at PanAmSat from August 1995 to February 1999, and as Director of Carrier Relations at Americatel from 1994 to 1995.

Catherine Hinckley pursued their education from 2007 to 2009 at The George Washington University, where they obtained a Master's degree in International Policy and Practice. Later, they attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2017 to 2019, during which they completed an Executive MSc in Health Economics, Policy, and Management. The field of study for their executive degree is not specified.
