Paul Kollmer-Dorsey

Paul Kollmer-Dorsey is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various sectors, currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Telesat since July 2019, providing legal support for strategic transactions related to low earth orbit satellite development and government services. Prior to Telesat, Paul held the position of General Counsel and Director of Professionalism at the American Academy of Actuaries and was General Counsel and Board Secretary for the Broadcasting Board of Governors, overseeing legal and compliance matters for U.S. international broadcasting. Additional roles include Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Global Relief Technologies, Vice President and Associate General Counsel at New Skies Satellites and Lockheed Martin, and legal positions at prestigious law firms and corporations. Paul holds a JD from Stanford Law School and a BSFS from Georgetown University.
