Ben Valdez

Ben is the Vice President of Business Operations responsible for Telesign’s global Customer Success, Customer Support, and Messaging Operations teams. Before joining Telesign, Ben served as the Head of Customer Success & Support for a portfolio company of Rockbridge Growth Equity, where he was instrumental in developing a customer retention program and growing revenues. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Chicago.
