Thomas Dhondt

Thomas Dhondt is the Chief Financial Officer overseeing TeleSign’s financial functions including FP&A, accounting, tax, treasury, and investor relations. Before joining TeleSign, Thomas spent 8 years at Proximus in the corporate and enterprise business units where he specialized in strategy, finance and M&A. The last two years he served as Director of the corporate M&A department and was responsible for transactions within the telecom, IT, and software industries with a total combined deal consideration of several billion dollars. He also led the buy-out of TeleSign by Proximus. Thomas holds a Master of Science in Business Engineering from Ghent University (Belgium) and Corporate Finance at Essec Business School (France).
