Decky Goodrich

Decky Goodrich is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in corporate development, strategy, and sales within the biotechnology and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy and Senior Vice President Commercial at Telesis Bio, Decky focuses on enabling scientific research through innovative synthetic gene technologies. As Co-Founder of RayBalance, Decky is working on therapies for hearing loss restoration. Previous roles include Vice President of Commercial Operations at Jumpcode Genomics and iGenomX, Strategy Advisor at Kelvi, and CEO of Hygeia, where significant growth and operational efficiencies were achieved. Decky holds an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a BS in Agri-Business Marketing from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
