Ana Paidem

Ana Paidem is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the banking and leasing sector. Currently a Java Developer at TeleSoftas since 2019, Ana previously held various roles at SEB Lietuvoje from November 2013 to March 2019, including Senior Executive, where responsibilities encompassed leasing support for large corporations, documentation preparation, client consulting, process improvement, employee training, and policy drafting. Prior to this, Ana served as the Head of Leasing Administration Sub-Unit at AB SEB bankas from January 2011 to April 2012, ensuring the coordination and management of the leasing administration function, and held the position of Client Executive at UAB SEB lizingas from December 2005 to January 2011. Ana holds a Master of Business Administration in Quality Management from Vilnius University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with studies also completed at Hochschule Osnabrück.
