Olli Pekkalin

Olli Pekkalin has a diverse work experience in software development and research. Olli currently works at Teleste as a Senior Designer, SW. Prior to that, they worked at Wapice Ltd as a Senior Software Designer, where they developed industrial automation systems using C, C++, Qt, and Python. Olli had the opportunity to collaborate with customers and in-house software experts for maintenance and feature implementation. Before that, they worked at Wapice Ltd as a Software Designer, focusing on embedded software development using C, C++, Qt, and Python for industrial systems running on various operating systems such as Linux, Xenomai, and uCOS. Olli'searlier experience includes working as a Research Assistant at Tampere University of Technology, where they conducted research on indoor and outdoor navigation in the Department of Computer Systems, Navigation Group.

Olli Pekkalin attended Tampere University of Technology from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics, Communication and Electronics. Following this, they pursued further education at the same institution, graduating with a Master of Science degree in Design of Electronic Circuits and Systems, Software Systems from 2009 to 2013.
