Craig Cefola

Craig Cefola possesses extensive experience in technical support and management within the media and entertainment industry. Currently serving as an Enterprise Support Services Technician at Telestream Inc. since December 2014, Craig specializes in large-scale video encoding and customized file management systems for prominent broadcasters and media providers. Prior to this role, Craig was Technical Manager of Digital Initiatives at CBS Worldwide Distribution, overseeing the operation and troubleshooting of encoding for Digital Asset Management Systems while managing a team of over 40 technicians. As Vice President of Operations at Post Office Digital Inc., Craig led DVD authoring projects for the National Hockey League and collaborated with Sesame Workshop on multiple DVD releases. Earlier roles include Manager of DVD Services at Audio Plus Video / Ascent Media, where Craig managed DVD authoring for numerous high-profile projects.
