Fleur Nittolo

Fleur Nittolo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client services and customer success across various sectors, currently serving as Senior Director of Professional Services at Telestream since January 2024. Fleur played a key role in establishing the first PMO within Telestream and driving transformation within the Customer Experience Group. Prior to this, Fleur held significant positions at Conviva, including Director of Customer Success & Solutions Consulting, where contributions included spearheading EMEA GTM strategy and enhancing customer-centric solutions. Additional experience includes roles at Saffron Digital, Babcock International Group, and various positions in retail management. Fleur is also an active member of the Generalist World community and OTTRED. Educational qualifications consist of a Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Communication from Queensland University of Technology.
