Tom Pflaum

Tom Pflaum has a diverse range of work experience in various leadership roles in the technology industry. Tom began their career in 1996 as a Software Architect at Integrated Computing Engines (ICE), and later served as the Director of Engineering at ICE from 1997 to 1999. In 1999, they joined Anystream as the Director of Engineering, and then transitioned to the role of Director of Engineering Services from 2004 to 2008. Tom then moved to Grab Networks (formerly Anystream) and served as the Director of Business Development and Solutions Planning from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, they joined Telestream as the Vice President of Product Strategy and Solutions for Agility Products until 2011. Tom then took on the role of Director of Pre-Sales and Solutions at Telestream from 2011 to 2020. From 2020 to 2023, they were the Vice President of Pre-Sales at Telestream before transitioning to their current role as the Vice President of Product Management for Vantage at Telestream.

Tom Pflaum completed their education with a Diploma in Informatik from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg in the years 1990 to 1995. Tom further pursued their studies at the University of Waterloo from 1995 to 1996, obtaining an M Math degree in Computer Science with a focus on Graphics.
