Jerrica Hudson has extensive experience in customer service roles, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Teletech Communications Inc. since June 2017, focusing on assisting United Healthcare members in understanding their health needs. Additionally, Jerrica has worked as a Cashier at Walmart since July 2015, providing efficient and friendly customer service. Prior experience includes serving as a Resident Assistant at Livingstone College from August 2013 to May 2016 and as a Student Coordinator for Perkins Management Services Company from February 2014 to May 2015. Jerrica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Livingstone College, earned in 2016.
