Diego Silva has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and networking. Diego began their career in 2010 as a Controlador de Produção at Global Web Outsourcing. From there, they gained experience in various roles such as Analista NOC at Digitel S/A and Mais2x - Tecnologia em Dobro, where they focused on network operations, management, troubleshooting, and radio frequency. Diego then worked at Grupo Binário as an Analista de Redes, followed by a role as Analista de infraestrutura Sr at Capgemini. Diego later joined Global Hitss as an Analista de Infraestrutura and A.Telecom as a Network Support Specialist, where they handled complex projects and escalated incidents.
