Emma Gillespie FCIPS Chartered has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of procurement and facilities management.

Emma began their career at Essex County Council in 2006 as the Program Manager for the Procurement Agency for Essex. Emma held this role until July 2010.

Emma then joined The University of Western Australia in August 2010, where they worked on the Procurement Transformation Programme until May 2011.

In May 2011, they joined the Western Australian Local Government Association as the Business and Contract Manager. Emma was responsible for the development and management of the organization's Preferred Supply Contract Management function and the Procurement Consultancy Service team. In September 2022, they took on additional responsibilities as the Head of Procurement, Facilities & ICT at the Telethon Kids Institute. Emma transitioned to the role of Head of Procurement & Facilities in January 2023.

Emma Gillespie FCIPS Chartered's education history begins in 1987 when they attended Goldsmiths, University of London. Emma pursued a BA Joint Hons degree in French and German, graduating in 1991.
