Catherine Ott

Catherine Ott is a seasoned Customer Success Specialist with extensive experience at Teletrac Navman since March 1997. Catherine has held various roles, including Professional Services Specialist, Strategic Accounts Implementation Project Manager, Master Product Trainer, National Training Specialist, and Senior Customer Account Representative, where responsibilities included project management, customer onboarding, training development, and revenue generation. Prior to Teletrac, Catherine worked at NAVTEQ from November 1992 to December 1996 as the Northern California and Northern Nevada Area Manager, managing significant databases and initiating companywide procedures. Catherine's career began at Sterling Medical, serving as Purchasing and Warehouse Manager from January 1987 to January 1992, where innovative cost-saving measures and inventory systems were implemented. Catherine obtained a BA in Geography from the University of California, Berkeley, between 1989 and 1992.
