Andres Baez has a diverse work experience in the creative and marketing industry. Andres currently works at TelevisaUnivision as the Creative Director for their streaming service ViX, where they lead and supervises the creative strategy for ViX internationally. Andres successfully launched the streaming service. Prior to this, Andres worked at Univision Communications Inc. for several years in various roles such as Creative Director, Sr. Manager, and Manager, Creative Services. Andres developed and led 360 marketing campaigns, branding efforts, and on-air launches for both streaming and linear platforms. Andres also hired, trained, and mentored creative staff and created marketing materials for different communication channels. Before joining Univision, Andres was the Creative Director at Patacon Productions, Inc. and also worked as a Producer/Editor for the TV show "Dub Latino" Season 1 and 2. Andres started their career at NBC Telemundo, where they worked as an On-Air Promotions Producer and Editor. Overall, Andres Baez has extensive experience in creative and strategic roles in the media industry.
Andres Baez obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication and Journalism from Universidad del Norte, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. In addition to their degree, they have also acquired several certifications including "Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality" from MITxPRO - Emeritus in 2022, "Brand Strategy & Storytelling online course" from Hyper Island in 2021, and "Creating Innovation Online Course" from Hyper Island in 2019.
