Carla Perez-Abreu has had an extensive work experience in the marketing field. Carla started their career as a Marketing Assistant at Bacardi in 2012. From there, they moved on to Univision Communications Inc. where they held roles as a Sales Coordinator and later as an Associate Marketing Manager. During their time at Univision, Carla was responsible for creating integrated marketing solutions and managing national accounts. In 2017, Carla joined BuzzFeed as a Client Services Manager, overseeing program ideation and execution. Carla then moved to NBCUniversal Media, LLC in 2018 as a Marketing Manager for The NBCU Content Studio. Currently, Carla is working at TelevisaUnivision, where they have held roles as a Director of Marketing and now Senior Director of Marketing. In these roles, they lead a team of marketing and project managers, executes innovative campaigns across multiple platforms, and manages relationships with key partners.
Carla Perez-Abreu has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Management, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship from Babson College. Carla also attended Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart where they completed the International Baccalaureate program.
