Juan Pablo Convers

Juan Pablo Convers has extensive work experience in various senior leadership roles in the media and marketing industry. Juan Pablo is currently serving as the Senior Vice President, Head of Content US & Mexico, Core Digital at TelevisaUnivision since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Univision Communications Inc. from 2016 to 2022, where they held positions such as Senior Vice President, Digital Content & Editorial Operations and Vice President Business Development. Juan also served as the Sr. Director Digital, Sports & eSports Business Development at Univision.

Before joining Univision, Juan Pablo Convers worked at EL TIEMPO Casa Editorial from 2013 to 2016, where they held the roles of Advertising Business Development Manager and Advertising Sales Manager. Juan Pablo successfully led a creative and strategy consulting team, launched an innovative branded content studio, and redesigned the sales team structure, resulting in cost savings while maintaining revenue levels.

Juan's earlier experiences include working as the Managing Director for Quantum Rewards, a regional promotional agency, from 2003 to 2012, and as the New Business Development Manager for Computec S.A. from 2001 to 2003. Juan Pablo also served as the Managing Director at Pragma Integrated Marketing from 1998 to 2001. Juan Pablo Convers started their career as a Marketing Coordinator at Oracle Corporation and later worked as an Account Executive at Atenas BBDO.

Throughout their career, Juan has demonstrated expertise in content development, business development, digital media, sports and eSports partnerships, advertising sales, and strategy consulting.

Juan Pablo Convers completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University from 1990 to 1994. Juan Pablo also attended Colegio Nueva Granada, where they completed their High School/Bachillerato degree from 1988 to 1990. Additionally, Juan Pablo Convers attended Darien High School in 1986 and 1987 to complete their High School education. In 2015 and 2016, they pursued an Advance Management Program with a focus on Media and Entertainment at IESE Business School.
