Rita Chertorivski

Rita Chertorivski serves as Senior Vice President of Business Legal Affairs for Global Entertainment at TelevisaUnivision since July 2023, previously holding the same title at Univision Communications Inc. from January 2022 to August 2023. Rita's extensive experience includes roles as Vice President, Senior Counsel, and Director of Business and Legal Affairs at NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises from January 2014 to January 2022, and as a Legal Intern at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts in mid-2013. Rita also functioned as an Independent Legal Advisor from October 2006 to June 2012, counseling investors on corporate matters in Mexico. In addition, Rita has academic experience as a Law Professor at the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Occidente from January 2002 to August 2003 and held the position of Law Clerk in the Federal Judiciary System between April 2003 and October 2006. Rita earned a Bachelor of Laws from Universidad Iberoamericana, completed advanced studies at The Hague Academy of International Law and the Instituto de la Judicatura Federal, and obtained a Special Diploma focusing on Mexican Judiciary Law and "Amparo."
