Marie Lefevre

Marie Lefevre is a seasoned professional in human resource information systems (HRIS) with a robust background in project management and IT solutions. Currently serving as Responsable SIRH at Groupe TF1 since January 2024, Marie previously worked at Colas Digital Solutions, where responsibilities included leading a project team for Success Factors implementation and supporting the HR department in SIRH tool deployment. Prior experience includes a role as Consultante SIRH AMOA Paie at Althea Groupe, focusing on payroll configuration, user training, and process analysis, as well as a position at IBM as Gestionnaire de paie. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from IAE Rouen and a degree in Management Sciences from the Faculté économie droit Rouen.
