Valérie Languille

A graduate of ESSEC and holder of a DEA in Sociology, Valérie Languille began her career as a consultant with Sociovision and Gemini Consulting (Capgemini Group) on human resources and change management assignments within several large companies. .

In 2002, she joined Groupe Caisse d'Epargne to take charge of Human Resources for a subsidiary, then joined the group's HR department in 2006, where she held various positions, including that of Director of Recruitment and Talent Development, then Director Executive and Management Development Assistant at Groupe BPCE.

Valérie Languille joined the CANAL+ Group in 2011 as HR Director of STUDIOCANAL before taking charge of Human Resources in the pay and free TV division in 2016. From February 2017 until February 2022, she was Director of Human Resources for the CANAL+ Group.

The same year, Valérie obtained the Board of Directors certificate from EM Lyon.

Beyond her professional activities, Valérie is very involved in the promotion of female leadership: she was, in the past, co-founder of several initiatives (Financi'elles, Essec Women Alumni...). She is also a director of the association “Tous Tes Possibles”.
