Laura Sylvan

Laura Sylvan is an experienced makeup artist with a diverse background in television and event makeup. Currently serving as the Lead Makeup Artist at Television Production Service since 2008, Laura specializes in preparing on-air talent and managing touch-ups during broadcasts, while also traveling for location shoots. Laura operates Laura Valentine Makeup, established in 1996, focusing on television, photoshoots, and bridal makeup services. Previous experience includes working as a Regional Artist for Trish McEvoy, where Laura trained store employees and met high sales goals, and managing the Laura Mercier counter at Nordstrom, overseeing a team and planning revenue-generating events. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Central Connecticut State University.
