Maria Terlecka has a diverse work experience in the field of account management and sales. Maria started their career at Change in 2009, where they were responsible for managing and building long-term partnerships with clients from the telecommunications and automotive industries. Maria also coordinated direct marketing projects and handled campaign planning and budget management.

In 2011, Maria joined fat baby as an Account Manager, where they worked closely with key clients to develop communication strategies, media presence, and achieve business goals. Maria successfully executed ten integrated sales and product campaigns across various communication channels, including ATL, BTL, and digital platforms.

Currently, Maria is employed at Telewizja Polsat sp. z o.o. as a Manager for licensing trade. Maria is involved in optimizing and automating the sales of permits for public broadcasting of sports events for B2B clients. Maria'sresponsibilities include product development, sales strategy, pricing policy, and customer support within the Polsat Group.

Maria Terlecka obtained their Master's degree in Sociology from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu. Maria attended the university from 2003 to 2008.
