Keri Ensign

Keri Ensign, SHRM-CP, CEBS, is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in compensation and benefits management. Currently serving as the Compensation & Benefits Manager at Telhio Credit Union since November 2024, Keri previously held the position of Manager, Benefits & Compensation at Orveon Global from October 2022 to October 2024. Prior experience includes a range of roles at Installed Building Products from September 2013 to October 2022, including Benefits Manager, Benefits Analyst, HR Partner, Senior HR Specialist, and HR Specialist. Keri began a career in administration as an Admin Assistant at Key Blue Prints from January 2005 to September 2013. Keri holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Franklin University, earned between 2006 and 2008.
