Steve Zimmer

Steve Zimmer has extensive experience in the banking industry, with a focus on consumer lending and leadership roles. Steve is currently serving as the Vice President of Consumer Lending and Product Strategy at Telhio Credit Union, where they lead origination channels, product design, and strategy. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Consumer Lending at Wright-Patt Credit Union, where they managed and controlled various loan portfolios. Steve also served as the Member Help Center Director at Wright-Patt Credit Union, where they developed strategies for delivering exceptional member service. In addition, Steve has experience at JP Morgan Chase as a Vice President, focusing on increasing branch revenue and pre-tax earnings. Steve also worked at Peoples Community Bank as a Regional Manager, guiding branches to achieve financial goals. Earlier in their career, Steve worked at Key Bank as a District Retail Controller and an Area Retail Leader, overseeing operational performance and achieving branch goals. Steve began their career at PNC Bank as a Sector Manager, improving sales results and customer satisfaction.

Steve Zimmer has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Cincinnati. Steve also holds an Associate of Arts degree from the same university. Additionally, they completed the Emerging Leader Certificate Program at the University of Dayton.
