Markus Hotti

Markus Hotti is an experienced professional in digital customer experience and business development. Currently serving as a Senior Digital CX Manager at Telia since June 2023, Markus previously held multiple roles including Development Manager at Telia Inmics-Nebula from January 2020 to June 2023, and at Telia Datainfo from January 2010 to January 2020. Markus possesses a strong background in eCommerce, leading online business development, planning and implementing custom client solutions, and conducting customer and partner trainings. Earlier in career, Markus was a Business Manager focused on product management and development in the eChannel sector and also worked as a Product Specialist at TeliaSonera for a brief period in 2009. Markus holds a degree from Helsinki Business College, completed between 2000 and 2002.
