Cagla Aydin has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Cagla started their career in 2008 as a System Integration and Test Engineer at Alcatel-Lucent. Cagla then worked as a Project Coordinator, managing network upgrades and installations for different operators.

In 2014, Aydin joined Telia Carrier as a Commercial Coordinator and Data Quality Analyst. In these roles, they developed project strategies, participated in resource allocation, and analyzed monthly data to identify process improvements. Cagla also supported other teams with their technical background.

Aydin later moved to Telia, where they held multiple positions starting from 2016. Cagla served as a Project Manager, leading complex projects with multinational teams and significant budgets. Cagla successfully delivered the eSim project, enabling Telia operating countries to offer the new technology to consumers.

In 2019, Aydin worked on a personal project, "Project Atlas," with a small core team and external partners contributing to the project's vision and mission.

In their most recent role at Telia, Aydin served as the Head of Service Development and Head of Service Desk and Support. These positions showcased their leadership and management skills.

Cagla Aydin completed their Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering degree at Kocaeli University from 2003 to 2007. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Operations Management and Control at Stockholm University, which they completed from 2014 to 2016.
