Kaveri Sinhji has diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Kaveri is currently working at Telia as the Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion since November 2022. Prior to their current role, they served as a Communications Specialist - Transformation & Change at Telia from October 2021 to November 2022.

Before joining Telia, Kaveri worked for various companies including IBM, NetKraft, KGD, Sanctuary, GRSA, GigNext, GRSA, SCE, Empower, Centigo, and Machani Group as a Consultant in Marketing/Communications, Sales, and Customer Relationship Management. During this period, they were involved in growth strategy, project management, change/transformation, and HR initiatives, particularly focusing on diversity and inclusion policies and practices. Kaveri was associated with these companies from 1999 to September 2021.

Additionally, Kaveri founded and served as the CEO of Cultural Rings from April 2009 to June 2020. Kaveri conceptualized and built the company, providing cultural sensitization and cross-cultural adaptation/learning programs to corporates and individuals. Under their leadership, Cultural Rings became a well-known brand known for ethical practices and diversity and inclusion initiatives, serving multinational corporations in 42 countries. Kaveri was honored with the State Woman Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2021.

Earlier in their career, Kaveri worked at Siemens Healthineers as a Tech & Marketing Content Writer & Manager from 1997 to 2000 and from 2003 to 2005. Kaveri started as a technical writer and progressed to managing documentation and transformation to meet the demands of a rapidly growing global clientele.

Kaveri also worked at Planetasia.com Ltd as a Web Writer & Content QC from April 2000 to April 2001. Kaveri played a crucial role in delivering high-quality website content for India's top brands.

Kaveri Sinhji completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Communicative English, and English Literature from Mount Carmel College in India from 1994 to 1997. Kaveri also pursued a Continued Education Program in Social Anthropology from the University of Oxford in 2018-2019. In 2019-2020, they obtained an Executive MBA from MIBM, specializing in Training and Development, Digital Marketing, Marketing Management, and Customer Relationship Management. Kaveri also completed a Happiness Life Coach Certification from the Transformation Academy in 2018. Additionally, they completed their High School (Pre University) education at Kendriya Vidyalaya, Pattom, Trivandrum from 1991 to 1993 and their High School education at The Lawrence School, Lovedale from 1985 to 1991, focusing on CBSE subjects. In 2010-2011, Kaveri pursued a C-ed Study in Sociology and Anthropology at Marylhurst University.
